Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and secure sales or appointments. You will also handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolve issues as needed. This role requires a blend of charisma, resilience, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided contact lists or databases. Introduce our products/services, highlight key features, and persuade them to take desired actions such as purchasing, scheduling appointments, or attending events.
  2. Inbound Call Handling: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints, and courteously provide accurate information and assistance. Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Product/Service Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the features, benefits, and value propositions of the products/services offered by our company. Continuously update knowledge of product/service offerings and promotional campaigns to effectively communicate with customers.
  4. Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers through personalized interactions and active listening. Tailor communication approaches to match the preferences and needs of individual customers. Foster long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.
  5. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales conversions, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Strive to consistently improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all calls made and received, including details of interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions. Generate regular reports on call metrics, sales outcomes, and customer feedback for management review.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar telecalling or customer service role.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: This opportunity is open to individuals of all genders, both male and female.

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
