Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads or set appointments. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects in meaningful conversations, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services.
  2. Inbound Calling: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, service requests, and general inquiries. Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues or redirect them to the appropriate department if necessary.
  3. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, prospecting, and other lead generation techniques. Maintain a high level of productivity to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating excellent communication skills, empathy, and professionalism. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and nurture long-term relationships.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including call logs, lead profiles, and feedback. Use CRM software effectively to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports as required.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, sales representatives, and other departments to coordinate efforts, share best practices, and achieve collective goals. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development activities.
  7. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines at all times. Ensure ethical conduct, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory requirements in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using computers and CRM software for data entry and management.
