Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our products/services, and generating interest through persuasive communication.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, addressing their queries, providing relevant information about our offerings, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
3. Sales Conversion: Utilize effective selling techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality standards of service.
4. Relationship Building: Build and nurture positive relationships with customers, maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term loyalty.
5. Data Management: Accurately records and maintains customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding our products/services, market trends, and competitor insights, providing valuable inputs for product/service enhancement and business development.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service roles, preferably in a sales environment.
• Age: Candidates should be between 18 years to 40 years of age.
• Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor, capable of building rapport with diverse individuals.
• Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies.
• Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
