Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for initiating communication with potential customers through telephone calls. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services and generate leads.
  2. Handle Inbound Calls: Respond to incoming inquiries and provide information about our products/services clearly and concisely.
  3. Build Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by addressing their queries, and concerns, and providing exceptional service.
  4. Meet Sales Targets: Work towards achieving sales targets by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
  5. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  6. Follow-Up: Follow up with potential leads to ensure continued interest and provide additional information as required.
  7. Stay Updated: Stay informed about product/service offerings, promotional activities, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
  8. Adhere to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent). Graduates are preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 40 years old.
