Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or leads generated through research.

  3. Product/Service Promotion: Communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of our products/services to potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling, effectively managing lead pipeline and follow-up processes.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.
  6. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and feedback, using CRM software.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
  8. Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales processes, compliance, and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role, preferably in the relevant industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
  • Resilience: Resilience and persistence in dealing with rejection and overcoming obstacles in a sales-driven environment.
