As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for initiating conversations with potential customers, promoting our products/services, and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
  2. Handle Inbound Calls: Respond to incoming inquiries, answer questions about products/services, and provide relevant information to customers. Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  3. Build Rapport: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills, empathy, and professionalism. Understand customer needs and preferences to tailor your approach and enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company. Utilize effective sales techniques, overcome objections, and close deals to contribute to the company's growth and revenue goals.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and transactions using the company's CRM system. Update customer information, track sales activities, and generate reports as required.
  6. Stay Informed: Stay updated on product/service knowledge, pricing, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers and address their queries or concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) is required. Graduates are preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is mandatory.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders. We encourage both male and female candidates to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English (if applicable). Ability to articulate ideas clearly, listen actively, and respond appropriately.

  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and internet browsing.
