Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Additionally, you will handle incoming calls from existing customers, address their inquiries, and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
  2. Product/Service Presentation: Effectively present and explain the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts and follow-up on marketing campaigns.
  4. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up on leads generated through inbound inquiries, website visits, or other marketing channels.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  6. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  7. Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  8. Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer interactions, market trends, and potential opportunities for improvement.


  • Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders, both males and females are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
