  1. Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospective customers or clients through outbound calls to generate leads, setting appointments, or closing sales.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by addressing their queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services.
  3. Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  4. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to customers to ensure their needs have been met, gather feedback on their experiences, and provide assistance as required.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken, using our designated systems or databases.
  6. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned targets for call volume, sales, or other key performance indicators (KPIs) as outlined by the management.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve collective goals.
  8. Adaptability: Adapt to changes in scripts, products, or procedures as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) up to graduation. A higher level of education may be preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service, sales, or telemarketing environment. A proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets is highly desirable.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively over the phone.
  4. Customer Focus: Strong customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist customers and provide them with the best possible service.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections diplomatically, and diffuse tense situations effectively.
  6. Resilience: Resilience in handling rejection or objections gracefully, maintaining a positive attitude, and persisting with efforts to achieve desired outcomes.
  7. Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM software or databases for recording interactions and accessing customer information.
