Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over the phone professionally and courteously. Answer incoming calls promptly and respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively.
  2. Sales Support: Assist in sales efforts by promoting products or services during calls. Provide information about our offerings, address customer concerns, and persuade them to make purchases or schedule appointments.
  3. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken. Ensure confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations.
  4. Follow-Up: Follow up on customer inquiries or requests that require additional information or resolution. Keep customers informed about the status of their queries and ensure timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed performance targets, including call volume, sales targets, and customer satisfaction metrics. Work towards achieving individual and team goals to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  6. Feedback and Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions and performance evaluations to enhance skills and knowledge. Provide feedback on customer trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Minimum of 12th grade education required. Graduates preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or telemarketing.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages. Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively over the phone.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  5. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  6. Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age.
  7. Gender: Open to individuals of all genders - male and female both are encouraged to apply.
  8. Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  9. Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
