Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via outbound calls professionally and courteously. Build rapport with customers to understand their needs, address their inquiries, and provide relevant information about our products or services.
- Sales Support: Assist in promoting our products or services over the phone. Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively convey the benefits of our offerings and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate leads and create opportunities for sales conversion. Identify and qualify prospects through targeted questioning and active listening.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and follow-up actions. Update customer information in the database to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving set targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion. Strive to exceed performance goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, during all customer interactions. Ensure compliance with established guidelines for ethical conduct and data privacy.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (SSLC) to a Graduate degree in any discipline. A higher educational background may be preferred but is not mandatory.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in telecalling or customer service. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (Kannada) and proficiency in English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, with a polite and confident demeanor.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers. Empathy, patience, and active listening skills are essential for understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications. Ability to navigate digital platforms for accessing customer information and recording interactions.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
