Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, introduce them to our products/services, and persuasively communicate their benefits. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in our products/services.
  2. Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our offerings to effectively address customer queries and provide accurate information.
  3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust to enhance the likelihood of conversion.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening.
  5. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, nurturing relationships and guiding potential customers through the sales process.
  6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update relevant information in the CRM system.
  8. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders – male and female.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).
  • Persuasive Abilities: Ability to persuade and influence potential customers effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a target-driven environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
