Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone, understand their needs, and promote our products/services. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided. Present our products/services persuasively and effectively address any queries or objections raised by customers.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally. Listen actively to their requirements, offer tailored solutions, and highlight the benefits of our offerings to meet their needs.
  3. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company. Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
  4. Follow-up and Feedback: Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not made a purchase. Gather feedback from customers to understand their preferences and areas of improvement in our products/services.
  5. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the database. Update customer information, including contact details and preferences, to ensure effective communication and personalized service.
  6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with information about our products/services, pricing, and promotional offers. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to address customer inquiries and enhance sales opportunities.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, including sales executives and managers, to share insights, strategies, and best practices. Work cohesively towards achieving team goals and fostering a positive work environment.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or sales roles.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to candidates of all genders – male, female, and others.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and optionally English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on building rapport.
