Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our business, engaging with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our products/services, answer queries, and persuade customers to make purchases or avail of our offerings. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively, highlighting their features and benefits to generate interest and sales opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their queries, concerns, and objections effectively. Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales or appointments. Employ active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings accordingly.
- Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and outcomes. Follow up on leads promptly and systematically to maximize conversion rates.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services, including their features, specifications, pricing, and promotions. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our offerings effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to achieve individual and team targets. Share best practices, insights, and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement and collective success.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
