  4. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, build rapport, and encourage repeat business.
  5. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, customer details, and feedback in the CRM system.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve collective goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum 12th grade education required. Graduates preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
