As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our offerings, and persuading them to take action.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their inquiries and concerns, and providing accurate information and assistance.
  2. Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our products and services, explain features and benefits, and encourage them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting and follow-up calls, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential customers.
  4. Follow-up: Follow up with existing customers to gather feedback, address any issues or concerns, and upsell additional products or services.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer information in the database, and generate reports on call activities and outcomes.
  6. Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to share insights, and best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate in any discipline.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the customer service or sales field. Experience in telemarketing or call center operations is highly desirable.
  3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
  4. Gender: This opportunity is open to individuals of all genders, both males and females are encouraged to apply.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  7. Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others, with a passion for sales and customer service excellence.
  8. Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications and the ability to navigate CRM software.
  9. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per business requirements.
  10. Residence: Candidates must be residents of Bikaner or willing to relocate.
