Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, provide information about our offerings, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list or database. Introduce our products/services, highlight their features and benefits, and explain pricing and promotional offers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening. Gather pertinent information about the customer's needs, preferences, and purchasing intentions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their queries, concerns, and objections professionally and courteously. Follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales process.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into confirmed sales or appointments.
- Data Management: Record all relevant customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM system. Keep detailed records of sales activities, outcomes, and follow-up actions for future reference.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, including sales representatives and marketing professionals, to coordinate efforts and optimize sales strategies. Share insights, feedback, and best practices to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th grade (High School) to Graduate.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a sales-driven environment, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language (Gujarati).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
