About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our organization's communication efforts. You will engage with potential customers over the phone, effectively conveying our products or services, and persuading them to take desired actions. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our products or services, and explaining their benefits.
  2. Handle Inbound Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries from existing or potential customers, providing accurate information and resolving their queries or concerns.
  3. Build Rapport: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and effective communication skills.
  4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the organization, demonstrating consistent effort and dedication.
  5. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any further questions or objections, and guide customers through the sales process.
  6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and outcomes.
  7. Adhere to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and scripting guidelines to ensure consistency in communication and compliance with regulations.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales roles.
  • Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders - male and female.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English.
  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Target Orientation: Strong drive to achieve sales targets and deliver results consistently.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work as part of a team towards common goals.
