Job Description:

Position: Telecaller

Education: 12th to Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Age: 18 years to 40 years

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers via phone calls to introduce our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
  2. Lead Generation: Generate leads through outbound calls by identifying potential customers and their needs, and effectively conveying how our offerings can meet those needs.
  3. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
  4. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions, using our CRM system.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and strategies for improving overall performance and achieving collective goals.
  7. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are preferred.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
