Job Description:

Education: 12th to Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Age: 18 years to 40 years

Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers via phone calls to introduce our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through outbound calls by identifying potential customers and their needs, and effectively conveying how our offerings can meet those needs.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions, using our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and strategies for improving overall performance and achieving collective goals.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are preferred.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
