Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers and existing clients to promote our products/services, generate leads, and close sales. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, actively listen to their needs, and provide relevant information about our offerings.
2. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to purchase our products/services, overcoming objections and highlighting key features and benefits.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, prospecting, and follow-up calls, maintaining a database of prospective clients for future outreach.
4. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have promptly and effectively.
5. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the company, demonstrating a results-driven approach to sales.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions, using our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Education: The minimum educational requirement is completion of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) up to Graduate level.
2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field is preferred, although candidates with exceptional communication skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
4. Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali and/or English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
