Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce them to our products/services, and persuade them to take desired actions. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, addressing queries, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Make proactive calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits, to generate interest and convert leads into sales.
  2. Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally. Listen to their inquiries, concerns, and feedback attentively, and provide accurate information or escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  3. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up. Understand their needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions and enhance their overall experience.
  4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics, such as call conversion rates, call duration, and customer satisfaction scores. Strive to continuously improve performance through ongoing training and skill development.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer details in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.


  • Education: Minimum of 12th grade (High School) education. Graduates are preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: This opportunity is open to individuals of all genders, including male and female applicants.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Bengali, or other relevant languages.
