Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in Barmer. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and engage with customers to enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers in Barmer to introduce our products/services, educate them about our offerings, and persuade them to make purchases or appointments.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through effective communication and active listening. Address their queries, concerns, and objections professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.

  4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling and lead generation techniques. Gather relevant information about prospects and update the CRM system accurately.
  5. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, resolve any issues, and facilitate the sales process. Maintain regular communication with existing customers to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
  6. Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Proactively seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to maximize revenue.
  7. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all calls, interactions, and sales transactions in the CRM database. Generate reports to track progress, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues from sales, marketing, and customer service departments to align efforts and achieve common goals. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders, both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
