Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and generate leads. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiating calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Clearly and effectively explaining the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
3. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
5. Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
6. Documentation: Accurately recording customer details, interactions, and transactions in the database.
7. Adherence to Policies: Following company policies and procedures regarding call scripts, compliance, and confidentiality.
8. Continuous Improvement: Proactively seeking feedback and implementing suggestions to improve performance and productivity.
9. Team Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and articulate communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
2. Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
3. Sales Aptitude: Ability to persuade and influence customers to drive sales conversions.
4. Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a high-pressure environment.
5. Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and proficiency in data entry.
7. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
