Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and engage them in conversations about our products and services. You will be responsible for explaining the features and benefits of our offerings, addressing any questions or concerns the customers may have, and ultimately persuading them to make a purchase or take the desired action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Introduce our products and services to customers clearly and compellingly.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
- Address any questions or concerns the customers may have with professionalism and empathy.
- Persuade customers to make a purchase or take the desired action through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
- Record relevant customer information and interaction details accurately in the database.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies and achieve organizational goals.
- Continuously update knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to provide the best possible customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education qualification of 10th grade (SSLC) to Graduate.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role for a minimum of 3 years.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Kannada (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Persistence and resilience in handling objections and rejections.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar systems.
