Position: Telecaller
Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Your primary goal will be to introduce our products/services, generate interest, and set up appointments or sales meetings.
- Customer Follow-up: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and upsell or cross-sell additional products or services where applicable.
- Lead Management: Manage and update customer databases with accurate information obtained during calls. Keep detailed records of interactions and outcomes for future reference and analysis.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and call quotas while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, product issues, and overall market trends. Continuously seek ways to improve call scripts, techniques, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: A minimum of a 12th-grade diploma is required. Graduation degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar outbound calling or sales role.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and articulate verbal communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information and building rapport with customers.
