Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including customer details, inquiries, feedback, and sales updates, using our CRM software.
6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a proactive approach towards achieving individual and team goals.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments, sharing insights, and best practices, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or customer service.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
