Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services, addressing any queries or concerns the customers may have.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information from leads to assess their needs and preferences, thereby customizing our offerings to suit their requirements.
  3. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive techniques and product knowledge to convert leads into sales opportunities. Employ effective closing strategies to secure commitments from customers and achieve sales targets.
  4. Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers through friendly and engaging conversations. Foster long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries or issues on time.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of conversations, feedback received, and sales transactions. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of customer data in compliance with company policies.
  6. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to script guidelines and sales protocols provided by the company. Follow ethical practices and regulatory standards to uphold the reputation and integrity of the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: A minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) is required. Graduates are preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and local languages. Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
  • Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a target-driven environment.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
