Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students.
2. Developing customized lesson plans and teaching materials based on students' individual learning needs.
3. Providing academic support in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and more.
4. Monitoring students' progress and assessing their understanding of the subject matter.
5. Encouraging active participation and engagement during tutoring sessions.
6. Providing constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians on areas of improvement.
7. Ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to academic growth.
8. Maintaining accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area or education qualifications mentioned above.
2. Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
5. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet students' unique learning styles.
6. Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
