Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on the students' learning needs and goals.
2. Creating and implementing personalized lesson plans to ensure comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
3. Utilizing various teaching strategies and resources to enhance students' learning experiences.
4. Monitoring and assessing students' progress through regular tests and evaluations.
5. Providing constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their academic performance.
6. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to update them on their child's progress and address any concerns.
7. Creating a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
8. Adhering to the designated schedule and maintaining punctuality for tutoring sessions.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience.
2. Graduation in any discipline.
3. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed are preferred.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
6. Ability to adapt teaching methods according to students' learning styles.
7. Proficiency in the subject(s) you will be tutoring.
8. Age between 18 years to 60 years.
9. Open to both male and female candidates.
