Job Description:
As a home tutor with us, you will be responsible for providing personalized academic support to students in various subjects based on their grade level. Your role will involve creating engaging lesson plans, conducting interactive teaching sessions, and assessing students' progress to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customized lesson plans tailored to individual student's learning needs and curriculum requirements.
- Deliver engaging and interactive teaching sessions to enhance students' understanding and retention of concepts.
- Utilize creative teaching methods and resources to make learning enjoyable and effective.
- Provide timely feedback and constructive guidance to students to help them improve academically.
- Assess students' progress through regular tests, quizzes, and assignments to monitor their performance.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to update them on students' progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to students' academic growth and development.
Requirements:
- Graduate with a relevant teaching qualification (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed any).
- Minimum 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use online teaching tools and resources.
- Comfortable tutoring students from class 5th to 12th across different subjects.
