Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for students in classes 5th to 12th.
2. Creating personalized lesson plans and teaching materials based on students' learning needs and goals.
3. Providing guidance and support to students to help them improve their academic performance.
4. Monitoring students' progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
5. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to update them on students' progress and discuss any concerns.
6. Encouraging a positive learning environment that fosters students' confidence and motivation.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
5. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
6. Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes for tutoring sessions.
