Job Title: Home Tutor

As a home tutor, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized education to students from class 5th to 12th, helping them excel academically and build a strong foundation for their future.

Location: Parbhani Education: Graduate and D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed any Experience: Minimum 1-year Age Requirement: 18 years to 60 years Gender: Male/Female (Both)

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with students.
2. Developing customized lesson plans based on students' learning needs and goals.
3. Providing guidance and support to students in various subjects, including Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Studies.
4. Evaluating students' progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
5. Creating a positive and motivating learning environment.
6. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to update them on students' progress.
7. Encouraging students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
8. Incorporating innovative teaching techniques to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or related field.
2. Valid teaching certification or relevant experience.
3. Strong subject knowledge and proficiency in teaching multiple subjects.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
6. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
7. Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred.
