Job Description:

As a home tutor with us, you will have the opportunity to create a customized learning experience for each student, catering to their individual strengths and areas for improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Curriculum Delivery: Designing and implementing lesson plans based on the curriculum requirements and the student's learning needs.
2. Subject Mastery: Demonstrating a strong command of the subjects you teach, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and Languages.
3. Assessment and Feedback: Conducting regular assessments to track student progress and providing constructive feedback to enhance their understanding.
4. Engagement and Motivation: Creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or related field.
• Valid certification such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in a home tutoring setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
