Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for students from classes 5th to 12th.
2. Creating personalized lesson plans based on the individual learning needs and goals of each student.
3. Providing guidance and support in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and more.
4. Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly to ensure academic improvement.
5. Encouraging a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and enthusiasm for learning.
6. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to provide regular updates on student performance and areas for improvement.
7. Utilizing a variety of teaching resources and techniques to enhance the learning experience and make lessons interactive and enjoyable.
8. Assisting students with homework, assignments, exam preparation, and skill development.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area.
2. Diploma or certification in education (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for education.
6. Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals.
