Education Qualifications:

• Graduate
• D.Ed (Diploma in Education)
• D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education)
• D.P.Ed (Diploma in Physical Education)
• B.Ed (Bachelor of Education)
• B.El.Ed (Bachelor of Elementary Education)
• B.P.Ed (Bachelor of Physical Education)
• M.Ed (Master of Education)
• M.P.Ed (Master of Physical Education)

Experience: Minimum 1 year
Age Requirement: 18 to 60 years
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions.
2. Developing customized lesson plans based on students' learning needs.
3. Providing clear explanations and examples to help students understand concepts.
4. Assigning and reviewing homework to reinforce learning.
5. Monitoring students' progress and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
6. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians about students' progress.
7. Motivating and encouraging students to stay engaged and focused on learning.
8. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong subject knowledge in relevant academic areas.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Patience and empathy when working with students.
4. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
5. Organizational skills to plan and manage tutoring sessions effectively.
6. Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
