Job Description:

As a home tutor, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized and effective tutoring to students from class 5th to 12th. You will create a conducive learning environment that fosters understanding, engagement, and academic growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on students' learning needs.
2. Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials to suit individual student requirements.
3. Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.
4. Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to motivate students to reach their full potential.
5. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to update them on students' performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area.
2. D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed or equivalent qualifications.
3. Minimum of 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for education and commitment to student success.
6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.
7. Reliable internet connection and access to necessary teaching materials.
