Job Title: Home Tutor

Education: Graduate and D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed or any equivalent qualification
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Age Requirement: 18 years to 60 years
Gender: Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply
Classes: 5th to 12th

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting personalized tutoring sessions based on the student's learning needs and pace.
2. Creating engaging lesson plans and teaching materials to enhance student understanding.
3. Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
4. Encouraging a positive learning environment that fosters student confidence and motivation.
5. Collaborating with parents and school teachers to understand student requirements and progress.
6. Keeping accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance for tracking purposes.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong subject knowledge in the relevant class levels (5th to 12th).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
4. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student learning styles.
5. Punctuality and reliability in fulfilling tutoring commitments.
6. Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and tools is a plus.
