Job Description:

As a Home Tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students in their homes.
2. Creating personalized lesson plans based on the students' learning needs and goals.
3. Providing academic support in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and more.
4. Monitoring and assessing students' progress to ensure they are meeting academic milestones.
5. Encouraging and motivating students to develop a love for learning and improve their study habits.
6. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to update them on their child's progress and address any concerns.
7. Utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources to make learning engaging and enjoyable for students.
8. Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters academic growth and confidence.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. A minimum of a Graduate degree in any discipline.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are highly preferred.
3. At least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
6. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
7. Punctuality and reliability in meeting scheduled tutoring sessions.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
