Job Description:

Position: Home Tutor
Location: Junagadh, Gujarat
Education Qualifications: Graduate and D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Age Requirement: 18 years to 60 years
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
Subjects: Tutoring students from class 5th to 12th

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students based on their academic needs and learning goals.
2. Create personalized lesson plans and teaching materials to enhance student engagement and understanding of the subject matter.
3. Evaluate students' progress through regular assessments and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
4. Motivate and encourage students to develop a positive attitude towards learning and academic growth.
5. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to discuss students' performance, goals, and areas for improvement.
6. Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment that fosters students' confidence and self-esteem.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area.
2. D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed qualifications are preferred.
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience, preferably in a similar role.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and academic levels.
7. Proficient in using technology for teaching purposes.
