Education Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed are highly desirable
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience
- Experience in online teaching platforms is a plus
Age Requirement:
- Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years old
Gender:
- Both male and female tutors are welcome
Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions
- Creating personalized lesson plans based on students' learning needs
- Providing feedback and regular progress reports to parents/guardians
- Encouraging and motivating students to achieve academic goals
- Utilizing creative teaching methods to make learning engaging and effective
