Job Description:

As a home tutor with us, your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing personalized academic support to students from class 5th to 12th.
2. Creating a conducive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
3. Developing customized lesson plans based on students' learning needs and goals.
4. Conducting regular assessments to track students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
5. Encouraging active participation and engagement during tutoring sessions.
6. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to provide progress updates and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

To be eligible for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. Graduation in any discipline.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are preferred.
3. Minimum of 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience.
4. Proficiency in the subjects you will be tutoring.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential.

Age Requirement:

Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years of age to apply for this position.
