Job Title: Home Tutor Location: Garo Hills Education: Graduate, along with qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed Experience: Minimum of 1 year in tutoring or relevant field Age Range: 18 years to 60 years Gender: Open to both male and female candidates

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on the student's learning needs and curriculum requirements.
2. Developing personalized lesson plans and teaching materials to enhance the student's understanding and academic performance.
3. Assessing student progress, identifying areas of improvement, and providing constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
4. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and motivation.
5. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to discuss student progress, goals, and any concerns related to the tutoring sessions.
6. Keeping accurate records of tutoring sessions, student attendance, and academic achievements.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree (Graduate) in any relevant field.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed are preferred.
3. Minimum of 1 year of tutoring experience or relevant teaching experience.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, flexibility, and a passion for teaching and learning.
