Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to help students grasp challenging concepts and improve their academic performance.
2. Developing personalized learning plans based on students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles.
3. Using innovative teaching methods and resources to make learning engaging and effective.
4. Monitoring and assessing students' progress regularly to identify areas for improvement and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
5. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to provide feedback on students' progress and discuss strategies for improvement.
6. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education requirement: Graduate and D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience.
• Age between 18 years to 60 years.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
