Job Description:

As a home tutor with us, you will be responsible for providing personalized one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in their homes. Your role will involve assessing the student's learning needs, designing customized lesson plans, delivering engaging and interactive lessons, and tracking students' progress over time.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with students in their homes.
2. Assessing students' learning styles and needs to develop personalized lesson plans.
3. Teaching a range of subjects based on the student's grade levels (5th to 12th).
4. Using creative and interactive teaching methods to enhance students' understanding and retention of concepts.
5. Providing regular feedback to students and parents on progress and areas for improvement.
6. Motivating and encouraging students to reach their academic goals.
7. Keeping track of students' progress and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
8. Collaborating with parents and school teachers to support students' overall learning experience.
9. Ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment during tutoring sessions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (Graduate) in any discipline.
2. Diploma or certification in education such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, or equivalent.
3. Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
6. Ability to work independently and adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
7. Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to teaching excellence.
8. Age between 18 years to 60 years.
