Job Description:

• Position: Home Tutor

• Education Qualifications: Graduate with D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
• Age Requirement: 18 years to 60 years
• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
• Subject Areas: All subjects for class 5th to 12th

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on students' needs and curriculum requirements.
2. Developing and implementing personalized lesson plans to enhance students' understanding and performance.
3. Providing constructive feedback and encouragement to students to motivate them to excel academically.
4. Monitoring and assessing students' progress to identify areas for improvement and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
5. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to discuss students' progress, concerns, and achievements.
