Job Description:

As a home tutor, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized academic support to students in various subjects. You will be working closely with students to assess their learning needs, develop customized lesson plans, and deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions. The subjects may include but are not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and Languages.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with students based on their learning needs and academic goals.
2. Developing and implementing personalized lesson plans and teaching strategies.
3. Providing guidance and support to students in understanding complex concepts and improving their problem-solving skills.
4. Monitoring student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
5. Motivating and encouraging students to stay focused and engaged in their studies.
6. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to provide feedback on student progress and discuss any concerns or challenges.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum qualification of a Graduate degree.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed are preferred.
3. A minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience is required.
4. Strong subject knowledge and proficiency in teaching the desired subjects.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve academic success.
7. Flexibility and adaptability to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs.

Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old.
