Key Responsibilities:
- Hair Care Services: Perform a wide range of hair care services for female clients, including but not limited to hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing to provide innovative and personalized services.
- Facial Treatments: Administer facial treatments tailored to individual skin types and concerns. Conduct skin analyses, perform extractions, and apply masks, peels, and moisturizers to promote healthy, glowing skin.
- Massage Therapy: Offer various massage therapies to promote relaxation, relieve tension, and improve overall well-being. Customize massage techniques based on client preferences and specific areas of concern.
- Beauty Consultations: Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals, preferences, and any specific concerns or conditions. Provide expert recommendations on suitable treatments and products to achieve desired results.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about beauty products, tools, and equipment used in the salon. Educate clients on proper home care routines and recommend products to maintain salon results between appointments.
- Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff. Sterilize equipment, tools, and surfaces regularly and dispose of disposable items appropriately.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit. Build rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 10th grade to graduate level.
- Experience: At least 6 months of relevant experience in a salon or spa setting.
- Age: 18 years to 50 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in all types of haircutting for female clients, including basic trims, layered cuts, and intricate styles.
- Expertise in facial treatments such as cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing, along with knowledge of various skin types and conditions.
- Strong massage therapy skills, including knowledge of different massage techniques and their therapeutic benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
