Job Description:

As a Beautician, your primary responsibility will be to provide a wide range of beauty services to our clients, including but not limited to haircutting, facials, massages, and more. Your creativity and expertise will be utilized to enhance the natural beauty of our clients, ensuring they leave our salon feeling satisfied and confident.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform various hair-cutting techniques for female clients, including trimming, layering, and styling according to their preferences.
2. Administer facial treatments tailored to individual skin types, including cleansing, exfoliating, and applying masks to promote healthy and radiant skin.
3. Conduct massages using appropriate techniques to relax muscles, relieve tension, and improve circulation.
4. Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on skincare, haircare, and beauty products.
5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon, including sanitizing equipment and workstations after each use.
6. Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized attention.
8. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
• Age: Between 18 to 50 years.
• Gender: Open to individuals of all genders.
• Skills Required: Proficiency in all types of hair-cutting techniques for female clients, including but not limited to trimming, layering, and styling. Ability to perform facial treatments and massages with precision and care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction.
