Job Description:

As a beautician, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality beauty services to our clients. This includes but is not limited to:

1. Hair Cutting: Proficiency in all types of hair-cutting techniques for females, including layering, feathering, and texturizing. You should be adept at understanding clients' preferences and offering suitable haircuts that enhance their features and style.
2. Facials: Performing various facial treatments tailored to clients' skin types and concerns. This involves cleansing, exfoliating, steaming, extracting, and applying masks and moisturizers to promote healthy and radiant skin.
3. Massages: Offering relaxing and rejuvenating massages to relieve stress, tension, and muscle aches. You should know different massage techniques and the ability to customize treatments according to clients' needs and preferences.
4. Other Beauty Services: Providing additional beauty services such as waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application as per clients' requests.

In addition to performing beauty treatments, you will also be responsible for:

• Greeting clients warmly and consulting with them to understand their beauty goals and preferences.
• Recommending suitable treatments and products based on the client's needs and skin/hair type.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon, including sterilizing equipment and tools.
• Upholding professional ethics and ensuring client confidentiality.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized care.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to Graduate level.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 50 years old.
• Gender: Open to all genders – male and female.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in all types of hair-cutting techniques for females.
• Knowledge and experience in providing facial treatments for various skin types.
• Expertise in performing massages to alleviate stress and promote relaxation.
